Truffle and Mushroom Quiche: Stir-fry button mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms until golden brown, blending with sautéed onions, bacon, and truffle sauce to create a fragrant, terroir-infused mushroom experience. A baked, handmade tart crust is topped with the stir-fried mushrooms, generously topped with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Then, a milk and egg mixture containing fresh basil and generously drizzled with truffle sauce is poured in, topped with a layer of cheese, and baked in the oven. After coming out of the oven, it is sprinkled with a layer of home-grown basil and a layer of fragrant mature cheese. The filling is solid, and every bite is full of the rich aroma of mushrooms and truffles. Pumpkin and Chicken Quiche: The rich flavor of large chunks of chicken and pumpkin ~ The chicken thighs are marinated with milk and spices and left to stand overnight, first dry-fried and then put into the oven to lock in the gravy. The chestnut pumpkin is simply seasoned and slow-roasted until soft and sweet. Fresh Brazilian milk and egg mixture is added, and then a layer of cheese is spread and baked in the oven. After it comes out of the oven, it is sprinkled with a layer of home-grown basil and a layer of fragrant mature cheese. Reheating: Cut the quiche into appropriate sizes. Preheat the oven to 180°C/320°F and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven power, until the filling is piping hot and the surface is golden brown. If frozen, thaw the quiche before reheating in the oven. Microwaving is not recommended as it may affect the taste. 🙏 Handmade pies are purely handmade and contain no additives.
