For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, a 95% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, a 90% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, an 80% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. . On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeitures. . To ensure the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeitures. .
