However, dried flowers cannot have essential oils dripped on them as they can still mold if too moist. Therefore, for this workshop, we've chosen sola wood flowers. Sola wood flowers are crafted from wood shavings and are excellent for diffusing essential oils!

Handmade Experience and Finished Product
Your finished creation will include a preserved flower pot with a sola wood flower as the main bloom, a 5ML bottle of essential oil, and a hexagonal or octagonal industrial-style stone coaster. You can drip the essential oil onto the sola wood flower or the stone coaster for a diffusing effect. Come and experience it!

▶ Event Information

・Capacity: 6-10 people per session (Minimum participants to start: 6)

・Location: 2F, No. 65 Huafu Street, North District, Taichung City "Infinite Heart Life"
・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, then board bus number 35 from platform D, alight at "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Rd)". Walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and walk straight for about 4 minutes. You will see the multi-concept cafe "Infinite Heart Life".

Workshop Description
Notes
・If you register the day before or on the day of the workshop, please contact us to confirm if the session has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-workshop notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out will be considered as incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days before the workshop starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the workshop starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the workshop starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations on the day of the workshop, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have already been prepared. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to enter or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop area.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to reschedule or issue a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
