In fact, if your flow is very light, you can comfortably wear the pad for the entire day, just like your regular underpants. No need to worry about constant changes or interruptions to your day and it gives no foul smell unlike the conventional disposable napkins. How to wear:

 1. Start by placing SunnyCotton's Butterfly Pad M on top of your underpants, ensuring that the white side is facing upward. If you choose to use an insert, layer it on top of the pad and secure it in place by inserting it under the two straps.
 2. For optimal comfort and security, we recommend wearing the cloth pad with relatively snug-fitting underpants. This will help you feel relaxed and confident throughout the day.
 3. Once the flow has reached the bottom of the insert, it's time for a change. Simply replace the used insert with a fresh one to maintain effective protection.
 4. To conveniently store the soiled insert while on the go, we suggest using a ziplock bag or a waterproof box. This will ensure that you can carry it with you without worrying about any unpleasant smells or leaks. How to Wash: 1. After use, you can leave the used cloth unwashed for several days. You have two options: * Keep them completely soaked in a water bucket and change the water daily. * Alternatively, you can keep them completely dry in an open container. 2. When you're ready to clean the cloth, start by thoroughly soaking it to wash away as much blood as possible.
 3. If there are any remaining stains, gently rub a soap bar on the stained areas. There's no need to scrub harshly.
 4. Soak the cloth in water with soap for 15 minutes or leave it overnight.
 5. Over time, the stains will naturally fade. You can hand wash or machine wash the cloth to remove any excess soap.
 6. After washing, make sure to dry the cloth completely either by placing it under the sun or using a tumble dryer. This will ensure that the cloth is not only dry but also smells fresh.
