▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon ordering, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Registration is complete only after a store representative from your chosen workshop location contacts you, and your desired date and available seats are confirmed.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
