・Date: (Workshop duration: 1.5-2 hours)
・December 14, 2025 (Sunday) 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
・January 18, 2026 (Sunday) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
・February 7, 2026 (Saturday) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants for class to proceed: 6)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, gift bag, complimentary self-serve black or green tea
・Location: 2F, No. 65 Huafu Street, North District, Taichung City "Infinite Heart Life"
・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, then board bus number 35 from platform D. Alight at "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Road)". Walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and continue straight for about 4 minutes. You will see the multi-concept cafe "Infinite Heart Life".

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
・According to the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Cram Schools and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes."
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
